(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Provide construction, renovation, and maintenance services for projects of all sizes.– General Construction: Structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish work.– Renovations & Repairs: Classroom remodels, restroom upgrades, flooring, painting, door replacements, and ADA improvements.– Preconstruction Services: Cost estimating, constructability reviews, and schedule development.– Project Management: Subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.– Emergency Services: Ability to respond within 24–48 hours when required.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
