Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI. Security improvements include: approximately 1,200 feet of 6’+ high fencing with gates and appurtenances; security cameras; new interior and exterior lighting; miscellaneous electrical, including surface–mounted and underground conduits and pulling conductors; miscellaneous site work, including removable bollards and trenching for conduit installation. A pre–proposal meeting will be held on January 29, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026.
