(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.– Security improvements include:• Approximately 1,200 feet of 6’+ high fencing with gates and appurtenances.• Security cameras.• New interior and exterior lighting.• Miscellaneous electrical, including:o Surface–mounted and underground conduits.o Pulling conductors.• Miscellaneous site work, including:o Removable bollards.o Trenching for conduit installation (2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on January 29, 2026. (3) All question must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026.
