(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Wayne, MI. Services may include, but are not limited to: selective demolition, structural repairs, rough and finish carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) improvements, roofing, window and door replacement, interior and exterior finish work, and full site restoration, including grading, seeding, concrete or asphalt repair, fencing, and other work necessary to return the property to a safe, stable, and code–compliant condition. (2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 08, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026.
