(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud‑based project management solution for the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction and renovation projects across the Board’s portfolio.– The Board’s Facilities Department staff (including, without limitation, Project Managers); and authorized project stakeholders (e.g., consultants, general contractors, and other service providers) through controlled, role‑based collaboration access.– Project Administration: project creation, hierarchical portfolio view, role‑based permissions, cloud document storage, Microsoft 365 integration, RFx/meeting minutes/action tracking, and stakeholder notifications.– Cost Management: budget creation, cost tracking, variance monitoring, approval workflows for Purchase Orders (POs) and Change Orders (COs), forecasting and reporting on cost performance and progress.– Communication & Coordination: task tracking, due dates, progress indicators.– Document Control: centralized management of drawings, specifications, photos, reports, version control, audit trail, and revision numbering.– Supporting Devices: The solution shall include an intuitive, user‑friendly, web‑based portal accessible via both mobile devices and desktop computers (modern web browsers), and—where provided—a mobile application.– Language Requirements: The online portal and mobile application shall also provide a public‑facing interface with key features and user‑facing components available in both French and English, including (at minimum) navigation elements, menus, labels, buttons, help text, and user notifications.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026.
