(1) Vendor needs to provide construction project management services to the government authority located in Chapel Hill, NC.– Includes pre–construction services, construction services, and post–construction services.– Participate in final design progress meetings with agency staff and the consultant design team providing review, input, recommendations, and expert feedback– Directly oversee and manage all elements of agency construction (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
