Vendor needs to provide construction program management and related services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Construction requirements include, but are not limited to: pre–design phase services, design phase services, procurement phase services, construction phase services, claims service, administration services, and technical specialty services.– This includes assistance in the areas of management, project engineering, planning, scheduling, design reviews, code compliance, testing, record keeping, quality control, cost control, and general oversight of design & construction programs. Assistance is also required for project development through the thirty percent phase so that quality solicitation packages can be developed.– This will include Concept Plans, Independent Government Estimates, Schedules, and Technical Specifications for each individual project.
