Minimum five years of experience providing professional Program Management and/or Construction Management services
Proven experience supporting public benefit corporations, municipal entities, or non-profit organizations
Must maintain a dedicated on-site field staff consisting of a minimum of one Senior Program/Project Manager, one MEP Manager, and one Project Clerk
Must maintain compliance with New York State utilization thresholds for M/WBE and SDVOB participation
Must provide fully burdened, all-inclusive hourly billing rates for key required positions
Must submit all required disclosure forms, including NIFA disclosure forms
Must maintain commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate
