(1) Vendor needs to provide construction professional services to the government authority located in Blairsville, GA. – Providing Construction Professional (CP) services for the construction of the listed projects. – This project is for the destruction and removal of the red brick building located at the top of the hill on school street. – This project is for exterior painting, repair and replacement, window replacement, new roof, and other miscellaneous work as identified by our facilities department. – This project is for interior painting, bathroom renovations, window replacement, new roof, new canopy, and other miscellaneous work as identified by our facilities department. – This project is for an approximate 10,000 square feet pre–engineered metal and insulated building. – This project will require a modular retaining wall, asphalt paving, and striping for approximately 42 parking spaces, and erosion control. The haul–in and earthwork will be performed. – This item requires both materials and labor for the placement of emergency generators at various locations on the school’s campuses. Each generator should be sufficient to run and support the building’s essential data and communications closets, access entry doors, in–building repeaters, and other essential data and safety equipment. – This project will address fencing, gates, security doors, and other miscellaneous safety needs across school.
