A government authority in Blairsville, Georgia, is seeking qualified providers of construction professional services for multiple school facility projects. These projects encompass a wide range of construction activities, including demolition, renovations, new construction, and safety upgrades across various school sites.

The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of an existing red brick building, extensive exterior and interior painting, repairs, window and roof replacement, bathroom renovations, and installation of a new canopy. Additionally, the projects involve constructing an approximately 10,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal and insulated building, as well as site improvements such as a modular retaining wall, asphalt paving and striping for around 42 parking spaces, and related erosion control measures.
