(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager services for infrastructure improvements at the food science and nutrition building to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – Hazardous material abatement (by others) – Replacing much of the mechanical and electrical systems. – Installing a fire suppression system. – Installing new ceilings, lights, diffusers, and other ceiling mounted items. – Remodeling of the current restrooms and locker rooms to update the fixtures and finishes and make them accessible. – Miscellaneous wall patching at rated and unrated walls throughout the building to support other work. – Window replacement. The window replacement can be independent of other work, but would be disruptive to the rooms and would require some potential ceiling (re)work. – A new elevator or lift at the main western entrance will be required for accessibility etc. (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
