Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ. – Provide preconstruction and complete construction phase services for airport runway 3–21 pavement preservation project. – Review the improvement plans as prepared by Mead and Hunt to assist in the development of phasing plan and schedule and to identify long lead items. – Provide detailed cost estimating. – Provide construction constructability review. – Construction elements may be delivered via one or more contracts and the CMAR will assume the risk and be responsible for delivering the project using a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). – Responsible for construction means and methods to meet the project goals. All the questions must be submitted no later than March 04, 2026.
