(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN. – providing services for Construction Management at Risk for the Senior Activity Center. – Construction Manager (Advisory) services for the Pre–Construction Phase. – Construction Manager (At Risk) services for the Construction Phase. – provide the Project Team with construction expertise and experience that will assist in project decision–making and ensure that procedures are implemented to aggressively manage the construction costs and project schedule. – The project design must allow for economical and efficient methods of construction. – Provide information, estimates and alternative schemes and participate in decisions regarding existing conditions, site utilization and construction phasing. – Provide input to the Project Team regarding current construction industry practices, labor market and materials availability. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on March 3, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2026.
