Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN. – Provide the work associated with the pre–construction services pump station improvements as well as opportunity to provide Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals for construction associated with this project later. – Replacement of mechanical bar screen. – Addition of backup wet well level sensor. – Cleaning and painting of the screening room. – Replacement of two 36–inch header isolation ball valves with new electric actuators. – Cosmetic improvements including removal of chart recorder and other unused items in control room. – Installation of new standby power generator. – Replacement of bathroom fixtures and associated piping. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on March 5, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 9, 2026.
