(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – The building has seen minimal renovation, and many architectural components and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are now outdated. – Providing construction phase CM services for public institutions and institutional clients in a complete and expeditious manner. – The mechanical cooling and heating for the addition includes new dedicated geothermal well field, and associated site improvements. – Construction phase services for the rehab natural science building. (2) The contract period will be for five years.
