(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager consulting services to the government authority located in Brooksville, FL.– Pre–construction services, preliminary estimates of cost, guaranteed maximum price, contract administration, construction and other services indicated to be performed by the construction manager. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026. (3) Mandatory site visit will be held on January 08, 2026.
