(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services for the baggage improvements to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Acquire procure Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) services for the baggage improvements, terminal and concourse rehabilitation, and terminal lobby and baggage reconfiguration program. – The objectives of the program are to increase the reliability and capacity of the existing baggage system, to maintain and improve the main terminal and concourses via rehabilitation and renovation, and to expand and improve the existing ticketing facilities based on operational requirements. – The baggage improvements involve improvement, expansion, reconfiguration and replacement of existing systems, components, and facilities at numerous locations. – The terminal and concourse rehabilitation tasks are intended to maintain and improve the terminal and concourse facilities. – The terminal lobby & baggage reconfiguration is intended to expand and improve the existing ticketing and baggage check–in facilities to add capacity and meet future demand. – Renovations and improvements of ceilings, floors, concrete columns, kiosks, restroom renovations, elevator upgrades, and building operational systems and facilities. – Involve expansion, reorganization and updating to accommodate new ticket counters, new scales, improved baggage conveyor access, and improved queuing and flow of passengers and baggage through the terminal. (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Pre–bid conference will be held on December 15, 2025. (4) A site walk will be held on December 17, 2025. (5) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 05, 2026.
