DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide construction manager at risk services for the development of an approximately 40,000-square-foot shared office facility in Phoenix, Arizona. The facility will accommodate the space and operational needs of the City.

Services will include collaboration with the Owner and Design Team during the design phase, participation in project and team meetings, support for obtaining permits and approvals, and preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for executives and stakeholders.
