Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Flagstaff, Arizona seeks a qualified vendor to provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for the demolition of approximately 37,000 square feet of non-historic portions of the old county jail, as well as site rehabilitation. The project scope includes safe demolition, regulatory-compliant handling and disposal of all construction waste, and careful separation of the structure's non-historic portion from the roughly 3,000 square foot historic section that is to be preserved.
The vendor will be responsible for grading the site in accordance with Demolition Plans, including importing suitable fill material. Additional requirements include developing a comprehensive construction phasing and scheduling plan to minimize disruptions for the Court Complex and surrounding businesses and residences. The selected firm must propose strategies for project efficiency, scheduling, risk management, and site safety, and provide a detailed construction schedule coordinated with ongoing court operations.
