Construction Manager at Risk Services

A government authority in the Tampa Bay area of Florida is seeking a contractor to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for a one-year contract term. The selected firm will support the project through both preconstruction and construction phases, with responsibilities focused on coordination, oversight, scheduling, cost control, and permit compliance.

During preconstruction, the contractor will review design documents for constructability, cost, schedule, and procurement impacts at major design milestones. Additional tasks include attending design review and project coordination meetings, planning and performing field investigations to validate site conditions, updating construction cost estimates prior to the 90% submittal, organizing estimates by proposed construction and equipment packages, and assisting with required construction permits.

During construction, the contractor will provide qualified supervisory personnel, direct the work and progress of subcontractors, maintain and update the project schedule, maintain the permit register, and coordinate construction activities in conformance with contract drawings and specifications. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 30, 2026, and questions must be submitted by August 12, 2026.
