The government authority in Sugar Land, Texas seeks qualified vendors to provide construction manager–at–risk services for a major facility project. The scope involves the construction of a new indoor 50–yard gun range, an outdoor 100–yard range with 10–20 lanes, and a three-story commercial/residential burn building.

The project also includes comprehensive site work such as roads, parking areas, drainage systems, electrical infrastructure, water and septic system installations, and site lighting. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period. Interested vendors may attend an optional pre–bid meeting on May 6, 2026, and must submit questions by May 14, 2026.
