A government authority in Warrensburg, Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services. The chosen construction manager will support the owner throughout the remainder of the design phase in a pre-construction services role. Upon completion of the design phase, the CMAR will assume responsibility for the construction contract with the owner for the project’s successful delivery.

The scope of work includes coordinating with testing firms to ensure all required construction tests and inspections are properly performed and thoroughly documented. Vendors are also expected to work closely with the owner to facilitate communication and ensure project goals are met throughout both design and construction phases.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on April 23, 2026, and all vendor questions must be submitted no later than April 28, 2026.
