The government authority in Tampa, Florida is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk services. The selected team must demonstrate expertise in developing detailed schedules, constructing and managing budgets, conducting value engineering, and applying advanced knowledge of construction methods and techniques. Responsibilities also include performing constructability reviews, planning the proper sequencing of work, and executing construction activities with careful coordination around ongoing operations.
The Construction Manager will facilitate weekly or bi–weekly job site meetings, bringing together subcontractors, authority personnel, and architectural/engineering representatives to resolve open issues and plan upcoming work. Key deliverables include the development of project milestone and construction schedules, construction phasing and sequencing plans, site mobilization and security plans, and comprehensive construction estimates at design milestones as well as during construction. Active communication and coordination with all project stakeholders is critical throughout both design and construction phases.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 23, 2026. All questions pertaining to the RFP must be submitted by April 29, 2026.
