The government authority in Phoenix, Arizona seeks a qualified vendor to provide Construction Manager at Risk services. The selected firm will be responsible for managing and coordinating all construction activities on site, including providing full-time on-site supervision and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections. Collaboration with the District and the Architect/Engineer throughout the design process is required, with participation in regular design and coordination meetings.
The scope includes identifying potential conflicts or inefficiencies in the design, recommending construction methods to improve efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness, and addressing elements such as parking areas for staff and fleet vehicles, vehicle circulation and service areas, pedestrian pathways, accessible routes, outdoor green spaces and employee wellness walking paths, landscaping and irrigation, exterior lighting and security features, and utility infrastructure including stormwater management. All questions concerning the RFP are to be submitted by March 19, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will occur on March 16, 2026.
