(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager–at–risk services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Specifications, photos, designs, studies, sketches, computer programs, reports, and other Professional Services.– Overall goals and design objectives of the Project, the aesthetic considerations, and the functional requirements including allocations of space with uses and adjacency relationships for all areas/spaces, operational objectives and such standards of design.– Project, including plans, elevations, and such other drawings, calculations, and outline specifications.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 24, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026.
