(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Pitkin, CO. Airport has entered into the design and engineering phase for the modernization of both the terminal and airfield, and the county is soliciting qualifications from construction manager at risk services teams to assist the design team and to manage the construction of a new terminal while also maintaining services. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 12, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
