(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Kansas.– Identify and prequalify a shortlist of the most qualified CMAR firms capable of delivering preconstruction and construction services for a large, multi–site public project of significant complexity (new construction and renovation/repurposing).(2) A mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on February 5, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.
