(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Globe, AZ. – Construction manager at risk services for flood events. – Provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for 2025 post–flood projects. – Provide detailed cost estimating and knowledge of marketplace conditions. – Provide project planning, design review, and scheduling. – Provide for construction phasing and scheduling that will minimize interruption to operations. – Provide alternate structure evaluations and constructability studies. – Prepare a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal that meets the approval. – Arrange for procurement of materials and equipment. – Schedule and manage site operations. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 8, 2026.
