(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.– Provide full pre–construction services and construction and construction management, otherwise identified as CMAR services.– Project involves various design and construction activities and requires the CMAR team to provide a wide range of services from pre–construction that include design and engineering and permit approvals, to construction and construction management and close–out services.– Review cost and time estimates prepared by architects and engineers to validate said estimates.– Perform construction management services during the construction phase of the project, all as more specifically defined at the time the city requests the CMAR firm.– Strengthening infrastructure against storm surge, flooding, and hurricane impacts.– Improve emergency response times, crew safety, and long–term operational reliability.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 30,2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 17,2025.
