(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Lake Jackson, TX.– Architect and the city during the design process to ensure the feasibility and constructability of the public safety facilities (police expansion and fire station renovation) projects.– Responsible for cost estimates during both the schematic and design development phases of the project.– Also review the project schedule and identify the critical path and long lead items.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 17, 2025.
