(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Georgia.– Responsible for pricing and value engineering issues, along with issues of the facility’s maintainability and constructability. – Provide cost estimates and cost evaluation, value engineering recommendations, design analysis, constructability reviews and technical input on methods of construction, materials, details, and bidding formats. – Pre–qualify potential subcontractors and vendors for Owner’s approval prior to advertising. – Develop and maintain a detailed schedule including manpower, delivery, approvals, inspections, testing, construction, and occupancy. – Conduct, record, and compile a subcontractor punch list prior to the owner creating a punch list. – Maintain daily records of labor force for each subcontractor and weather including temperature. – Advertise and distribute bidding documents and monitor bidding activity. – Evaluate the design providing an analysis report of alternate constructing methods and materials for potential quality, cost, and schedule enchantments for review by the owner. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
