A government authority in Iowa is seeking a qualified construction manager at risk to provide comprehensive project oversight services. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing project documents to ensure constructability, completeness, accuracy, and proper coordination among all design disciplines. Ongoing evaluation of project documentation is required to verify alignment with the established budget.

Additional responsibilities include developing cost analyses to support informed decision making and performing value analysis of the design in order to identify opportunities for cost reduction or improvements in facility performance.
