(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Iowa. • Review documents for constructability, completeness, accuracy, and proper coordination of design disciplines. • Continually review documents to confirm conformance with the project budget. • Develop cost information and analysis to facilitate decision making. • Continually conduct a value analysis of the design to identify opportunities to reduce construction costs and/or to improve facility performance. • Develop and administer coordination processes during submittals and construction. • Develop and administer the project safety program.
