A government authority in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to oversee a comprehensive bridge project. The selected firm will be responsible for the full demolition and replacement of a bridge using a multi-span girder structure, as well as the reconstruction of Keystone Avenue approaches.

Additional project elements include constructing a new east-side multiuse path connecting to Vine Street, building retaining walls, executing drainage improvements, and managing the relocation and protection of utilities.
