(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Columbus, OH. – Provide comprehensive solution that includes assisting in design–development and construction oversight– The current owner developed space program; review of design documents for budget, schedule and constructability; and construction of the facility and construction management services. Construction review services shall include a focus on integrated, high–performance sustainable design. – Pre–construction services the CMAR shall provide ongoing input with respect to constructability, construction costs, material selection and evaluations, bid strategies, construction duration and phasing, sequence of construction, and other scheduling services (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
