(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Waterloo, IA. – Develop and maintain a detailed schedule including delivery, approvals, inspection, testing, construction, and occupancy. – Develop requirements to assure time, cost, and quality control during construction. – Designated on site project management is required. – Evaluate value–engineering opportunities. – Evaluate designs with respect to constructability issues. – Maintain a system for review and approval of shop drawings. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 03, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on January 14, 2026.
