(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Sandy Springs, GA. – The replacement station will contain a three bay apparatus bay with storage room and adjacent support areas, decontamination showers, gear wash area, gear storage, equipment storage, living areas, kitchen, conference room, offices, sleeping quarters, restrooms, fitness room, training areas and other associated spaces. – The project and desires for the selection process to take place in a manner that allows for the construction manager to join other members of the project team as early in the design process as possible. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
