(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager and general contractor services to the government authority located in Brighton, CO.– Preconstruction phase shall include cost estimating, value engineering, cash flow projections, scheduling, logistical planning, constructability analysis, bid package administration, bidding of trade contracts.– Construction phase shall include construction management, administration, field supervision, coordinating subcontractors, developing and implementing a rigorous safety and quality control program, schedule management, cost management, systems commissioning, and providing the general conditions work for the Project.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 3,2026.(3) A job–walk visit will be held on February 2,2026.
