A government authority in Brighton, Colorado is seeking a qualified construction manager and general contractor to provide comprehensive services throughout both the preconstruction and construction phases of a project.

The preconstruction scope includes cost estimating, value engineering, cash flow projections, scheduling, logistical planning, constructability analysis, as well as bid package administration and bidding of trade contracts. During construction, the contractor will be responsible for construction management and administration, field supervision, coordination of subcontractors, the development and implementation of rigorous safety and quality control programs, schedule and cost management, systems commissioning, and providing general conditions work for the project.
