(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager and general contractor services to the government authority located in Larimer, CO.– Master Plan to include a recreation center feasibility study.– The Project includes the design and construction of a multi–use recreation center.– Competition/lap pool with eight swimming lanes, a one–meter diving board, and spectator seating – Leisure/activity pool with zero–depth entry, lazy river, water slide, and spray features • Multi–use activity gym with spectator seating • Elevated, multi–lane walk/jog track • Fitness/weight rooms • Two group fitness/dance studios • Party and classrooms • Indoor play space and child watch area • Senior adult lounge • 240–person community room/event hall • Locker rooms, restrooms, and lobby • Administrative offices • Associated parking • Other site amenities (playground, shelter, etc.) (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 08, 2026.
