Vendor needs to provide construction manager advisor service to the government authority located in Amenia, NY. – Providing comprehensive construction management as advisor services for the new highway garage and salt storage facility. – The contract documents prepared for this project anticipated the participation of a construction manager as advisor. – The construction manager is advised that all work will be based on the 90% construction documents prepared. – The new facility has been arranged on the site to function efficiently and be architecturally compatible with the historic, rural character. – Engaged the services of architects, engineers, and landscape architects to design the site, the buildings, and all other facilities. – The construction manager shall prepare and periodically update the project schedule included in the construction management plan for the architect's review and the owner's acceptance. All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
