The solution must support management of large volumes of documents featuring version control, document linking, and redlining capabilities. Seamless collaboration is a priority, with real-time tools for both internal teams and external stakeholders, including mobile access for field operations.

The software should facilitate comprehensive financial tracking, including budgeting, cost management, and forecasting, and must offer API integration with external systems such as financial tools, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and document management platforms.
