DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Oakland, California seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive construction management services for non-federally funded Port projects. The selected firm will oversee and coordinate improvement initiatives across various domains, including electrical, mechanical, and structural upgrades to airport terminals and other maritime and airport buildings.

Project scopes include, but are not limited to, airfield apron, taxiway, and runway grading and paving; maritime terminal grading and paving; airport perimeter dike construction; sewer and waterline rehabilitation and replacement; pump station upgrades; as well as a range of electrical tasks such as low, medium, and high voltage installations. The provider will also be responsible for telecommunications installations, including fiber optic systems.
