Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – Provide construction management and related services. – Serve as representative with architects, construction contractors, and related consultants regarding construction projects. – Assist with value engineering process as needed. – Confirm drawings and work meet local codes. – Review payment draws to the requested payment reflects the completed work. – Review construction documents and consult with staff and selected architect regarding space planning process, issues, understanding of the project type, and other matters regarding the project. All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026. The contract period will be for three years.
