(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Scarsdale, NY.– Provide said professional services for a site improvements and outdoor pavilion project at the public library,– Review the construction documents as they are prepared by the architect and engineer and submitted to the library,– Assist the Library with construction implementation Plan.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
