(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Martin, FL. – Perform construction management and inspection services for the agency septic-to-sewer project, requiring one full-time field inspector and one part-time construction manager. – The project will serve approximately 952 parcels with sanitary sewer utilizing a vacuum-assisted gravity system. – The engineer of record will perform all construction administration, construction engineering, startup and training, and project closeout duties. – Construction management and on-site inspection services supporting the engineer of record. – Providing full-time onsite inspection throughout the approximate 26-month construction period – Observing installation of vacuum mains, vacuum pits, laterals, force mains, and the vacuum station – Observing and documenting all required pipeline testing. – Tracking installed quantities and providing documentation to the engineer of record to support pay application review.
