Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT. Service shall be based on services of a construction manager. CM shall review the plans and specifications prepared by the architect and make recommendations as to constructability of the project. Provide all necessary documentation to receive approval from commission on human rights and opportunities and ensure that any subcontractors. Develop pre-qualification standards for all trade bids. Manage all aspects of the construction of the project. Prepare and manage bidding to select all subcontractors and material suppliers. Provide and regularly update construction schedules. Provide all documentation required for billing including lien waivers, good jobs documentation and similar materials. Review and recommend action related to proposed change orders. Any and all other responsibilities typical of a construction manager. All questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 29, 2026.
