Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ. Provide construction management services for the new academic tower. Review the safety programs developed by each Contractor as required by their contract documents. Throughout the course of construction, vendor will provide contract administration, and monitoring. Monitor construction progress, comparing it to schedule requirements with respect to milestone dates. Assist the Design Team in the monitoring and evaluation of the work of all trades, subcontractors, and the material furnished for compliance with the drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Maintain a daily log and activity report of significant project events with photographic documentation. Assist the design team in the review of any contractor change order requests for validity and scope, negotiate accordingly, and provide recommendations. Coordinate delivery of close–out records, As-Builts, documents, and owner’s manuals pertaining to the project for transfer to the college.
