Construction management services are sought for the reconstruction of the Happy Canyon Interchange in Castle Pines, Colorado. The selected vendor will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services in support of this significant infrastructure project, including administration of roadway and bridge construction, quality control through inspection and adherence to testing procedures, as well as materials testing and documentation.

The construction manager will support the project manager with all facets of project administration, perform field inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, and delegate tasks as appropriate. The role includes tracking and managing pay item documentation, overseeing materials testing (with a requirement to provide a qualified testing firm for the project's needs), and providing additional support during peak production periods or for special assignments. Expertise in heavy civil construction and flexibility to serve as an inspector when required are important for successful project execution.
