(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Castle Pines, CO. – Provision of construction management services in support of the upcoming happy canyon interchange reconstruction project. – Administration of construction projects for roadways and bridge. – The quality control for conformance with the roadway inspection and testing procedures. – Tasked to support the project manager in any tasks related to the project administration. this person is expected to be knowledgeable in many, if not all, aspects of heavy civil construction. – Serve as an inspector when needed. – Delegate tasks, as appropriate – Perform field inspections per specifications and requirements. – Track and manage pay item documentation. – Oversee materials testing and documentation. – Able to support the project during high production periods or for special assignments. – Although the tester will not be on–site full–time, it is implied that a testing firm is provided that can handle the testing needs of the project.
