(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in California.– Architectural and engineering firm to perform various professional architectural and design services across all six (6) locations– Construction management services may be required to support enterprise–level initiatives that span multiple agency facilities.– Coordinate planning and execution across multiple sites– Ensure consistency in reporting, documentation, and standards– Facilitate communication between agency Central Office and facility stakeholders– Track project against enterprise–level schedules, risks, and deliverables (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
