(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Review plans, specifications, design documents, site conditions, site condition reports, adjacent works and other pertinent documents provided.– Prepare fully independent quantity take–offs, independent cost estimates (ICE), and construction schedules, based solely on the technical specifications and drawings provided.– Assist in the preparation, evaluation and recommendation of Potential Change Orders for need, appropriateness, and cost.– Maintain a Change Order log.– Assist with the review of Contractor–prepared construction schedules, schedule analysis, activity durations, sequence, and critical path issues to determine if projected completion dates are realistic and consistent with scheduling specifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
