Vendor needs to provide construction management service for arterial street resurfacing to the government authority located in Oxnard, CA. Provide construction support services including, daily and special inspection, contract administration, and managing daily project progress. Provide construction administration and direct contractor activities whenever the contractor is working onsite. Establish and maintain effective project management and communication throughout the project. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026. The contract period will be for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
