(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management service to the government authority located in SD. – Work performed will include equipment, transportation, permits, materials, and labor to complete the following per specifications and any manufacturer’s warranty specifications. – Light prep and paint interior walls with Menards SKU #550–2943. – Install Menards SKU #725–7197 vinyl flooring and Menards SKU #711–7008 rubber wall base. – Remove and replace interior doors with Menards SKU #411–2510, including trim on both sides. – Remove and replace ceiling tile with Menards SKU #517–2030.
