The government authority based in Tucker, Georgia seeks a qualified vendor to provide construction management at risk services for stadium improvement projects. During the Pre-Construction Phase, responsibilities will include attending all design and preconstruction conferences, collaborating closely with the design professional on project design, conducting design document and constructability reviews, coordinating and conducting pre-bid conferences, providing cost estimates and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development, preparing the overall construction schedule by integrating the design schedule, refining general requirements and conditions, and documenting all 'as-is' site conditions including offsite utility connections.
For the Construction Phase, the selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all management, supervision, financing, labor, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment, and services required to fully and diligently complete the stadium construction in accordance with the final construction documents. The vendor is expected to ensure work is performed to high standards of quality and in a workmanlike manner. A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 16, 2026, with all vendor questions due no later than April 22, 2026.
